We managed to speak with three people when the waiting room was not so busy. One patient told us that they had always had a good experience at the practice and had no complaints. Another patient told us that they had recently changed from private to NHS and had not experienced any difficulties so far in doing so. They had never had any problems with waiting times or the service provided and said the receptionists were always very helpful.

Another patient told us that all their family had received treatment from Halstead Dental Care over many years and were very satisfied.

All the patients spoken with told us that were always given a treatment plan with options and associated cost. They told us that whenever they attended they felt that all areas of the practice were clean and tidy, and gloves and other protective equipment was always used when they received treatment.
