During a routine inspection

People who used the service told us they were very satisfied with the way the service was run and the treatment provided. People told us that their treatment options, the cost and any risks were fully explained to them. People's comments included: "There is never long to wait.' and "Staff make me feel at ease and are always friendly.'

People told us that prior to their treatment everything was clearly explained to them and this enabled them to make informed decisions regarding their care.

People also told us they were treated with dignity and respect by staff. We saw that staff spoke politely to people and carried out consultations in a designated room.

We saw processes in place for managing the prevention and control of infection and evidence of effective systems in place to reduce the risk and spread of infection within the service.
