During a routine inspection
The three patients who expressed their views told us they were happy with the service and with the treatment they had received. One patient told us 'I am very happy with the treatment I get here, I have been coming here for 22 years'. Another patient said that they had enough information about their treatment and that they could always ask for more information if they needed it. One person said "I have a consultation with the dentist and I am given good information".
Patients' needs were assessed and treatment plans were agreed with them. One patient said "I am kept fully informed throughout my treatment".
Staff we spoke with were very positive and told us they were well supported. One person told us that they got a lot of support. 'We have all been together as a team for some time". Staff we spoke with told us that they were well supported and involved. 'We have monthly practice meetings where our feedback is listened to and acted on'
The practice had robust infection control measures in place to ensure patients were protected from cross contamination.
