During a routine inspection

Unfortunately we were not able to speak to patients as we visited on a day when no patients were booked in. However we could see that patients were treated with respect and that they were cared for in a professional manner and treated with respect and dignity. We could see that they were informed about the choices, costs, alternatives and possible outcomes of their treatment.

We saw that a comment box was available for patients to make comments and that a patient satisfaction survey had been done. One patient said "A fantastic surgery".

The practice was friendly, welcoming and informative. We saw that the staff appeared very happy and well looked after. The surgery was clean throughout. Patients were consented appropriately and the staff were well trained and caring. The practice was well led and the staff were observed to be well organised.
