During a routine inspection
People's needs were assessed and care and treatment was planned and delivered in line with their individual care plan. We spoke to three people and they all said they were happy with their care and treatment. One person said 'I've been coming here for a few years and the treatment is very good.'
People were cared for in a clean, hygienic environment. People we spoke with told us they felt the practice and the staff were clean and hygienic.
Staff were well trained and carried out continuing professional development training in line with general dental council registration requirements.
The practice carried out monthly satisfaction surveys and comments were generally positive. One person wrote' daughter's first appointment, dentist and nurse put her at ease even when she had to leave the room for x-rays.'
