At the inspection on 16 December 2025, we found the practice had made the following improvements to comply with the regulation:

We saw evidence of an up-to-date Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) and gas boiler service certificate.

There was oversight of recruitment processes. Processes were followed to ensure medical history and vaccination status were in place for staff. Enhanced disclosure and barring service (DBS) checks had been carried out for all staff. The provider told us that written offers of employment would be made subject to 2 satisfactory references in the future.

Audit systems assessed and monitored the quality and safety of the services provided to service users. Infection prevention control and radiography audits were undertaken at the practice at the required intervals. The infection prevention control audit was reflective of the practice.

We saw evidence that all staff had received appropriate support, training, professional development, supervision and appraisal to enable them to carry out the duties they were employed to perform. There were records of staff appraisals and the practice ensured staff training, including continuing professional development, was up-to-date and reviewed at the required intervals.
