During a routine inspection

We spoke with four patients who told us that they were happy with the service provided. Patients told us they were very satisfied with the practice. They said they never had to wait long for appointments, and in an emergency they had always been seen on the same day. One person said 'As a nervous patient I am always made to feel very relaxed, everyone here is kind, professional and puts patient's interests first'. Another person said 'I am very impressed they make you feel very welcome'. Patients said their treatment plans were always explained and discussed with them, including choices about treatment and costs. Patients said that the practice was always clean, and all the staff were friendly and welcoming.

We found that there were effective systems in place to reduce the risk and spread of infection. We found that patients who used the service understood the care and treatment choices available to them.
