We found this practice was providing caring services in accordance with the relevant regulations and had taken into consideration appropriate guidance.

Kindness, compassion and dignity
Staff treated patients with kindness,respect and compassion.
We observed positive interactions between staff and patients both in person and on the telephone.
Staff displayed an understanding of patients’ needs and showed warmth and compassion to patients.
During our visit we obtained the views of patients.
Patient feedback provided a positive view of the dental team and care provided by the practice.
Patients told us that staff were welcoming and attentive, acted with integrity, and showed compassion.
Patients said staff were professional, courteous, and considerate.
Patients felt they were treated as individuals, and their personal and cultural needs were respected.
All of the patients we asked told us they would recommend the practice to family or friends.
All but one told us they knew how to get emergency treatment when the practice was closed.
We were provided with a patient survey which aligned with our feedback.
People received care from staff who were aware of their responsibility to respect people’s diversity and human rights, and of the importance of privacy and confidentiality.
Staff felt respected, valued and supported in their roles, and their well-being was supported.
