During a routine inspection
All the people we asked said the dental nurses working on reception greeted them by name, were courteous and made them feel welcome.
People said the dentist discussed treatment options with them including the cost. One person said, 'They discussed the treatment choices and the cost and advised a course of action that suited me. It was all printed out for me.' Another person said, 'They're brilliant, they always talk about what needs to be done and the cost.'
Information about the treatments available and their cost was displayed in the waiting room.
