Condition of this registration relating to carrying out this regulated activity

a. The Registered Provider must exercise its duty to monitor its own service, Elizabeth House. The Provider must record evidence of its oversight. This should include evidence of shortfalls being addressed in a timely manner in response to the provider audits, the Registered Manager’s audits and shortfalls identified by other organisations.
b. The Registered Provider must produce a written report each month setting out what actions are being or have been taken at the Location in respect of any shortfalls identified pursuant to paragraph 2a. The report must include a monthly overview of any quality assurance processes that have been completed including risks identified, actions taken and outcomes including oversight evidence of shortfalls being addressed in a timely manner in response to the provider audits, the registered manager’s audits and shortfalls identified by other stakeholders.
c. The first report should be done in July 2025 and each month thereafter.
d. The reports required in paragraph 2b can be requested by the Care Quality Commission at any time, to be supplied within 5 working days of a request, in order to verify improvements are being identified, made and sustained and to ensure the condition is being met.

Terms of this registration relating to carrying out this regulated activity

The registered provider must only accommodate a maximum of 35 persons at Elizabeth House.

The registered provider must not provide nursing care under accommodation for persons who require nursing or personal care at Elizabeth House.
