During a routine inspection
We carried out this inspection to check on the care and welfare of people.
One person said, 'They discuss the options with me all the time.' We found that people were involved in the planning of their treatment.
Records showed that people's medical history was obtained consistently. One person we spoke with said, 'The dentist here is one of the best I have been to.'
The treatment rooms we looked at were clean and tidy. Systems were in place to ensure that risks around infection were appropriately assessed and managed.
Appropriate checks had taken place to ensure that staff were suitable to work with children and vulnerable adults. One person said, 'The dentists here are absolutely first class.'
All the people we spoke with told us they did not have any complaints. One person said, 'There is nothing to fault.'
