Condition of this registration relating to carrying out this regulated activity

1. Confirmation that audits have been carried out including audits of fire safety checks, health and safety checks, the provision of safe care and treatment, the prevention and control of infection, the delivery of dignified and person-centred care, the maintenance of the accommodation and the provision of training and supervision for care staff.
2. Evidence to confirm that suitable action has been taken to address any issues identified in the aforementioned audits to mitigate risks to service users� health and safety.

Terms of this registration relating to carrying out this regulated activity

The Registered Provider must only accommodate a maximum of 60 service users at Chestnut Lodge Care Home.

The Registered Provider must not provide nursing care under accommodation for persons who require personal or nursing care at Chestnut Lodge Care Home.
