During a routine inspection

People we spoke with during our visit told us they had been well informed about their treatment that had been provided by the surgery. One person advised that, 'I understand the treatments available and am kept informed about the costs, from the initial estimate to the actual cost, should it be different.' People said that they were asked at every visit if their medical needs had changed. They told us that they had a full assessment of their oral health, and treatment options were fully explained to them.

People expressed confidence in the dentists and the staff at the practice and one person, who was very nervous, commented on the kind and supportive way they had been treated and said, 'I am put at ease.' People told us that they were satisfied with the cleanliness of the practice.
