During a routine inspection
We looked at the care records and found they contained all of the relevant documents to support a person safely. We saw that they were encouraged to be independent around the home and in the activities they took part in. Staff supported them to access the community. We saw care and support being provided that was appropriate to the person's needs. On the day we visited the person went out to do their food shopping and went for a walk.
We looked at staff training and supervision records. We spoke with the registered manager and one support staff employed at the home.
