During an inspection looking at part of the service

We conducted a follow up review of this practice in order to check on actions taken following our inspection in December 2011. When we inspected the practice on 14 May 2013 we did not speak with people using the service but we found that the provider had completed infection control and dental record audits and had taken action to store records safely.

During a routine inspection

People told us that the clinic provided a good service. People told us that they were well informed about the treatment they received and that staff were polite and professional.
