Our view of the service
Date of assessment 14 August 2026 and 18 August 2026. The service is a residential care home providing residential and nursing care to adults of all ages including people living with dementia. The service is registered to support up to 63 people. At the time of the inspection there were 61 residents. The assessment was undertaken to review breaches we had previously identified in safe care and treatment and governance.
Quality assurance processes had been improved to ensure leaders had appropriate oversight.
Medicines were generally well managed. We identified some issues with open boxes not having dates and signatures present; however, leaders had also identified this issue and were taking steps to address them.
People’s care plans and risk assessments had been updated and had appropriate and relevant information within them to enable staff to know how to safely support people.
At this inspection we found the service had made enough improvement to no longer be in breach of any regulations.
