Terms of this registration relating to carrying out this regulated activity

The registered provider must not provide, accommodation for persons who require nursing or personal care, in a specialist service to people whose presenting need for care or support is as a direct result of the person’s learning disability and or autism at or from Spring Lodge.

The registered provider must only accommodate a maximum of 6 service users at Spring Lodge.

The registered provider must not provide nursing care under accommodation for persons who require nursing or personal care at Spring Lodge.
