Accommodation for persons who require nursing or personal care

Condition of this registration relating to carrying out this regulated activity

The Registered Provider must only accommodate a maximum of 7 service users at Whites@Underhay. Whites@Underhay will only accommodate the current 7 residents being displaced from Whites House due to building works. If any of these service users moves from the location Whites@Underhay, the vacancy will not be filled.

The Registered Provider must provide the Commission with both a copy of the quote for the building works and written confirmation that the building contractors have been instructed to commence work on the new development on the site of Whites House along with the time frame they expect the works to be completed. This information must be provided to the Commission before any service users are moved from Whites House.

On 1 May 2024 and on the first Monday of each calendar month thereafter the Registered Provider must submit a written report to the Commission describing the progress of the building works at Whites House and whether the project remains on track to meet the time frame provided to the commission in conjunction with the above condition.

The Registered Provider must not provide nursing care under accommodation for persons who require nursing or personal care at Whites@Underhay.
