During a routine inspection
Following thorough assessment and consultation, people were provided with treatment that was tailored to their individual needs and preferences.
People were cared for safely by dental professionals who undertook regular training to maintain and advance their knowledge and skills.
The people we talked with were pleased with the service they received and had confidence in the expertise of the dental team. They told us, 'I've always been very happy with them'; 'The staff are lovely and I'm satisfied with how I'm treated'; and, 'The practice was recommended to me. I had a lot of work initially and this was carried out at my pace'.
There were robust systems to control the risk of infection and make sure all care and treatment was delivered in a hygienic environment.
A clear procedure was in place for handling any complaints that were made about the service.
