During a routine inspection

We spoke to one person using the service and looked at ten patient feedback questionnaires that had been submitted in the last six months. People described the service as 'fantastic' and said that staff were 'friendly and efficient' and 'very helpful and informative'. All respondents to the questionnaire rated their overall treatment as 'excellent' and rated the information they were given prior to their scan positively. People said that they would return to the service or recommend it to others.
