During a routine inspection
Some of the comments were:
'It's like a home from home'.
'We are always made to feel at home'.
'They are all so well looked after'.
'My Nan has improved since she came in here'.

People who use the service were also very complimentary about the staff.

'Staff don't talk down to the residents'.
'Fantastic staff'.
'It is a lovely atmosphere, staff are wonderful'.
'It's a family'.
