During a routine inspection

Everyone we spoke with said they would feel confident to raise an issue if needed and they would know how to raise a concern. Consent was gained and people were happy that they had been given a choice of options with clear explanations of both treatment and costs.
During our visit we saw that the treatment rooms, decontamination areas, waiting areas and other communal areas were clean and tidy. We also saw that the instruments and equipment used at the practice were cleaned and decontaminated in line with current best practice guidance. We found that relevant checks had been carried on staff before they were allowed to work at the service. The organisation monitored the quality of the service provided on a regular basis.
