During a routine inspection
We spoke with the manager and five members of staff. They told us that it was a good place to work. One said, 'We're a good team, it runs well'. Another told us, 'We have a good relationship with our patients'.
We found that the practice was busy and efficient. We observed staff interacting with people in a kind and cheerful manner. The practice was located on the ground floor and had an accessible toilet.
