During a routine inspection
The provider and his support staff had undergone appropriate safeguarding training, and had access to child and adult protection policies. Relevant checks had been carried out on staff before they commenced work. Staff were able to access appropriate training, to ensure they were skilled and competent to do their jobs.
The provider had in place appropriate quality monitoring systems to ensure that people were able to feedback their views and to ensure the quality of care and treatment provided.
