During a routine inspection

We spoke with two people who were visiting the practice during our inspection. People were complimentary about the service they received. Some of the comments we received were 'It's a lovely practice,' 'They provide a very good service,' 'Nothing is too much trouble for them' and 'The staff are very helpful, polite and courteous.'

We were told that treatment options were discussed with people and this included the price of any treatments.

We were told that people had their privacy and dignity respected. One person said 'Privacy and dignity is always maintained, it's absolutely fine here.'

We looked at the cleanliness of the practice and the safety processes that they had in place to protect the health of their patients. People told us that the dental practice was well presented and that the surgeries were always clean and tidy when they attended.

We looked at their complaints procedure and found that it was clear and was available for people to access.
