During a routine inspection
We spoke with two people using the service about their experiences at Oxford Road dental practice. We were told that patients found staff were polite, courteous and made them feel at ease. People we spoke with told us they were provided with information about their treatment options and had all the information they needed to make informed choices. One patient said, "I've been coming here for some time and I feel confident I get all the information I need.' A member of staff we spoke with told us, 'We feel it's important patients are given all the information they need about their treatment and costs.'
