We reviewed patient feedback from a range of sources, including online reviews, patient questionnaires and feedback shared directly with the practice. Overall, they provided a positive view of the dental team and care provided by the practice.

The practice promoted a patient-centred approach to care.

Staff understood the importance of respecting patient’s privacy, dignity and individual needs and were able to explain how they supported patients to make informed choices about their treatment options.

Staff described a supportive team culture and positive working relationships, with leaders who were approachable and responsive to their needs. However, they also reported experiencing periods of pressure, particularly during times of staff sickness and annual leave. The management team were aware of these challenges and were working hard to provide additional support to address gaps in cover and ease operational pressures.
