During a routine inspection
People told us they were very satisfied with the care and treatment provided at Cedars Dental Practice. They said all the staff were 'very good' and the dentist 'very professional'. They said they saw the same dentist and had been involved in their treatment plan.
Parents described the dentists as being 'very good with children'. They said they involved them in decisions about their treatment and they were supported throughout. Children told us they liked their dentist, they were friendly and nice.
We found people were able to give their views about standards of care and treatment. People had commented 'This practice has a great standard'. And 'I am a nervous patient and found their approach really helpful. Thanks very much.'
People told us they had good experiences with the overall care and treatment they received. Dentists were described as, 'very professional', 'the best', and, 'absolutely excellent'. They also said 'They do a marvellous job'. 'They are all very nice and pleasant to talk to'. And, "I have no complaints." They said they are advised about their oral health and how to maintain good hygiene. The appointment system was flexible and appointments arranged to suit them.
We were told the practice was always very clean. The dentist and staff wore uniforms that were always clean and they looked smart. They wore protective clothing such as gloves and face masks when they were providing their treatment.
