We spoke with 2 patients on the day of the inspection. Both told us how happy they were with the care that they received at the practice.

All patient feedback we reviewed provided a positive view of the dental team and care provided by the practice.

Staff treated patients with kindness, respect and compassion. We observed positive interactions between staff and patients both in person and on the telephone. Staff displayed an understanding of patients’ needs and showed warmth and compassion to all patients.

Patients said staff were professional, courteous, and considerate.

Patients felt they were treated as individuals, and their personal and cultural needs were respected.

We saw that the practice completed an annual patient survey and reviewed and analysed the responses received.

People received care from staff who were aware of their responsibility to respect people’s diversity and human rights, and of the importance of privacy and confidentiality.

Staff told us they felt respected, valued and supported in their roles, and their wellbeing was supported.

One staff member told us that the practice was a good place to work with friendly, kind employers, a good reputation, nice patients, clean environment and caring management.

Another told us, “All team members get along well which has a positive impact on work.”
