During a routine inspection

We spoke with six patients who told us that they were happy with the service provided. Patients told us they were very satisfied with the clinic.They said they never had to wait long for appointments, and in an emergency they had always been seen on the same day. One patient said, 'The orthodontist is wonderful and is always so kind and reassuring. He always explains what treatment is needed and then he explains what he's doing as he goes along. I'm a very nervous patient but even I don't fear going to the dentist anymore'. Patients said their treatment plans were always explained and discussed with them, including choices about treatment and costs. Patients said that the clinic was always clean, and all the staff were friendly, welcoming and respectful.
