During an inspection looking at part of the service
Two people agreed to speak with us about their experience. People using the service told us they were very satisfied with their dental care. People said the premises and clinical areas were clean and people felt they were protected from the risk of infection. People told us that treatment options were discussed with them, including their associated costs and risks. One patient said, 'I would say they [the staff] are easy to speak with'.
Staff told us that they were happy working for the practice. They told us that the team worked well together. One member of staff said, 'we are a good team'.
