During a routine inspection

We spoke with four people using the service. All were satisfied with the service. One commented: 'They've always been really good.' Everyone we asked was satisfied with waiting times. One person told us that if there was a delay, they were informed by the receptionists and that the dentist always apologised. One person told us: 'They usually run on time.' Three people said they could get an appointment when they wanted one. The other person remembered having to wait a week for an emergency appointment; they thought this was unsatisfactory.

They all told us they thought the service was clean.
