During a routine inspection
People told us they had a good relationship with the dental surgeons and other staff.
People said that their treatment was explained to them.
We were told that they had visited this dentist on the strength of recommendations from friends or family. People said they would recommend the practice to others.
Comments included:
'This is the best dentist I've ever been to.'
'I've had no problem getting an appointment, and this was done through the NHS helpline.'
We spent time speaking with the dentists and dental practitioners. We found they considered meeting the essential standards of quality and safety as a priority. We found that they took steps to provide effective dental treatment that was up to date and promoted the safety and wellbeing of their patients.
