During a routine inspection
One patient told us, "I would happily recommend this practice and have done so." Another said, "It is always spotlessly clean. I am always treated with courtesy and the nurses are wonderful. My dentist is exceptional and I would never go anywhere else."
Staff we spoke with told us it was a very good place to work. They said, "We are a very good solid team and I love working here. The practice owner is approachable and easy to talk to. We have excellent training and support throughout."
We saw the reception area was comfortable and warm. There was a lot of information for patients to read and there was a television for them to watch. On the day of our visit the surgery was very busy but we saw people were welcomed and treated calmly in an unhurried manner.
The environment was clean and un-cluttered and the two surgeries we saw were well maintained and felt very welcoming. There were blinds at the windows in order to maintain people's privacy and dignity.
