During a routine inspection
People said they liked and trusted the staff team. One person told us, 'All the staff are friendly and good at putting people at ease ' it's a pleasant place to come, even though it is a dentist's.' Another commented, 'The dentist is very caring and I'm always seen on time.'
People told us they would talk to the dentist if they had any concerns about their treatment or any other aspect of the service. They told us the dentist had given them his mobile number and landline so they could speak to him directly if they needed to.
People said they thought the surgery was always clean, and that staff and patients wore the correct protective clothing. One person told us, 'Everywhere is clean ' I have no concerns about cleanliness at all.'
People told us they though the surgery well-run. One person said, 'They are organised here and you seldom have to wait for your appointment.' Another person commented, 'This is a small practice and you have a direct line to the dentist if you need it.'
