During a routine inspection
We also looked at completed patient survey forms. There were no critical comments, only praise:
"A wonderful practice, wonderful staff and excellent service."
"The staff have always been great."
"Excellent service both in person or via telephone."
We found that the cleaning and sterilising of equipment was done to a high standard by the dental practice within which A.B.Links Orthodontic Practice was based. We found that staff recruitment was consistent with regulations, and that the practice had adequate systems in place to monitor the quality of its service.
