During a routine inspection
Effective infection control and decontamination practices meant that people were protected from the risks of cross infection.
Staff were supported to attend training to ensure they had the relevant skills and knowledge.
The provider had an effective system to regularly assess and monitor the quality of service that people receive. This included seeking the views of people who used the service and taking into account any complaints received.
