During a routine inspection

We obtained feedback from ten people who used the practice. All of the people we consulted with expressed satisfaction with the service they received. They all confirmed they were given enough information about their treatment options and costs, and considered the services of their dental practitioners to be 'very good' and 'excellent.'

Some of the comments we received included:

'Staff are kind and considerate and informative.'

'I feel informed; I was shown the procedure I was going to have done.'

'I have been attending this dentist for several years and I have always been happy with my treatment.'
