We found this practice was not providing well-led care in accordance with the relevant regulations.

The provider had made insufficient improvements to put right the shortfalls and had not responded to the regulatory breaches we found at our inspection on 5 December 2025. We have told the provider to take action. We will be following up on our concerns to ensure the provider has made the required improvements.

At the inspection on 24 February 2026, we found the practice had made some improvements to comply with the regulation however, there was still outstanding concerns.

We saw there were ineffective processes for identifying and managing all risks, issues and performance, in particular regarding the management of fire safety, electrical safety, waste management and the control of substances hazardous to health (COSHH).

Systems and processes were not embedded and the inspection highlighted outstanding issues that were identified at our inspection on 5 December 2025.

At the time of our follow-up inspection, we were not provided with a disability access audit; a comprehensive assessment of a building or service to identify barriers for people with impairments. It ensures compliance with the Equality Act 2010 (UK) by recommending "reasonable adjustments" to improve accessibility.
