During a routine inspection

People using the service said that they were very satisfied with the surgery and the way treatment was provided. "I think it's fantastic, I've been coming here for years and my husband and children also come here". "This surgery is really helpful and friendly". They had the consultation procedure, fees and treatments explained to them, that included any risks attached to treatments. "The treatment and cost is always explained". They told us they were treated with dignity and respect by staff and felt safe using the service.

They did not comment on the surgery staffing levels, infection control or quality assurance systems. They said the thought the surgery was clean, tidy and staff were friendly and efficient. They also told us their opinions and views about the surgery were listened to.
