During a routine inspection

We spoke with two people who used the service. They told us they were happy with the service that was provided and gave consent to treatment that was carried out. Comments included 'I've had no problems here at all. Although they could do with a TV or a radio in reception' and 'The staff are excellent. They are lovely, very good and I can't fault them.'

The surgeries we looked at appeared clean throughout. Each surgery had a decontamination area which was used for cleaning dental instruments.

We found that Park House Dental Surgery had a small team of seven staff members which included the manager and another qualified dentist. We spoke with two dental nurses and one receptionist. They told us they felt supported by the management team.

We found there was a complaints policy in place with staff knowledge reflecting the policies in place. We have received no concerns about the service
