During a routine inspection

Patients expressed their views and were involved in making decisions about their care and treatment. We spoke with five patients who all told us they were satisfied with the way they had been treated at the practice and said that they understood the care and treatment choices available to them. One person said 'It couldn't be better".

Everybody we spoke with told us that they were given a written treatment plan. The treatment plan also showed, on a chart, the teeth which required treatment.

Patients told us they were satisfied with the level of cleanliness at the dental practice. One patient said 'It's clean, very clean. I have no complaints about that'. Another person said "It is absolutely spotless, this place is exceptionally clean".

Staff training records showed that everyone working at the practice had taken part in basic life support. This course was organised on a regular basis by the provider. It is a requirement that all people registered with the General Dental Council (GDC) complete training in medical emergencies.
