During a routine inspection

People told us they were happy with the dental treatment provided by the practice. People we spoke with told us they were treated with respect by the dental professionals and that staff were friendly and helpful: a person said the staff are "very nice people". Another person told us "it's fantastic here" and people said they could generally get appointment times that suited them. People told us the practice was clean and staff wore protective clothing to prevent the spread of infection.

We found that people's individual needs were assessed and treatment plans developed to meet these needs. The provider followed national guidance to reduce the spread of infection. The provider took steps to keep people's personal information secure and suitably qualified staff were employed to work at the practice.
