During a routine inspection
We found that people who used the service were involved in making decisions about their care and treatment, and were given enough information to help them do this. One person said that although they were unhappy that they were not able to have a particular treatment option, they said the dentists had explained why.
People who used the service received their treatment in premises which maintained appropriate standards of cleanliness and hygiene. We found that people were cared for by staff who were supported to deliver care and treatment safely and to an appropriate standard.
