During a routine inspection

People we spoke with said they were very happy and satisfied with the service provided by the surgery. One person said 'I've been coming here for over twenty years and wouldn't go anywhere else, although climbing the stairs was getting harder'. People told us they found the surgery to be clean whenever they visited and that they could always get an appointment to suit their needs. People told us that they were given appropriate information and the procedures were always explained.

We found that there were suitable procedures for planning and delivery of care, staff were well supported and able to access suitable training to enable them to carry out their role. There was appropriate guidance on cleanliness and infection control for staff to follow. Records were stored securely and there were appropriate safeguarding measures in place.
