During a routine inspection

We spoke with three patients and checked three patients' records. All the patients we spoke with were positive about the service. They told us the dentist explained their treatment plan in language they understood. They told us they were treated with respect and that staff were competent, professional and friendly. Patients told us they felt safe using the service.

All the patients we spoke with felt that all parts of the clinic were clean when they visited. Patients said they were very satisfied with their treatment and would recommend the clinic to others.
