During a routine inspection

People told us staff were friendly and approachable and spoke to them in a respectful way. One person told us "staff are always polite". Another told us the dentist 'really explains things' and another that they were given advice and options and were 'never pressurised' in making decisions. People were complimentary about the service they received. One person told us 'they look after me' and said staff were 'very obliging'. Another said the service was 'fantastic' and said the dentist was 'one of the best I've ever had'. Another person told us the dentist 'instills confidence' and described the service as 'excellent'. They also told us they were always 'put at ease'. Another person told us they trusted their dentist 'completely'.
