During a routine inspection
One person told us; "From my point of view this is the best practice I have ever been to." Another person told us; "They have been great, they have been fantastic."
Both the dental nurse and the dentist we spoke to were qualified and accredited by the General Dental Council (GDC). All staff also maintained a programme of continual professional development, which was a mandatory part of their accreditation to provide dental care.
We saw that regular checks were made on the equipment used in the decontamination room to ensure that it was all in working order.
The nurse we spoke to told us; "It's lovely to work here, it's small and very different from where I used to work."
We asked one person who was using the service about making a complaint, they said; "I would be comfortable making a complaint to the dentist or practice manager, they are both very open and receptive."
