Kindness, compassion and dignity
The practice encouraged online feedback from patients.
Overall this provided a positive view of the practice. Comments included “One of the nicest dentist we have ever been too. The staff and dentist themselves are really lovely.” “Amazing dentist! All staff were extremely welcoming, friendly and caring. Options given for my care, so I could chose [sic] which suited me best, lots of information provided so I knew what I was entitled to on the NHS and costings…”
We noted the practice responded to some of the feedback.
Where patients had raised concerns and comments, we were told these were reviewed and action taken where appropriate.
The practice manager confirmed they were in the process of introducing additional feedback mechanisms for patients.
