During a routine inspection
One person told us "I came here on the recommendation of a friend and I never regretted my decision, they have been marvellous."
We found the provider ensured all staff were properly trained and that they completed their mandatory professional development as required by the relevant professional bodies. We found the service to be well organised and the management to be diligent in their reviews and audits of the service. The premises were properly maintained and welcoming and all staff very professional in their duties.
